Dawn

Dawn at the Great Western Divide. A lenticular cloud is one that is shaped like a lens by strong, high-altitude winds. Here in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, lenticulars can be drawn out into long, skinny clouds known as "the Sierra Wave". Such a wave is seen here at dawn over Milestone and Midway Mtns.
